Terms and Conditions for Samui Beach Hostel

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be secured with a valid credit or debit card.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the booking terms.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by any price adjustments.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If you plan to arrive after the check-in time, please notify us in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged for the full booking amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and follow all hostel policies.
Any damages caused by the guest to the property, facilities, or other guests may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas may result in a penalty fee.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left unattended during your stay.

5. Children and Extra Beds

Children are welcome at Samui Beach Hostel.
Extra beds may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises.
